Do you work with any specific conditions?

I work with clients who are dealing with a wide range of conditions, including endometriosis, PCOS, depression, male infertility, recurrent miscarriage, auto-immune conditions and unexplained infertility.

 

What kind of strategies do we discuss?

My approach is a holistic one, and believe in looking at the whole person- body and mind- to make a profound impact going forward. We discuss aspects such as nutrition, exercise, stress, and sleep, to name a few.

 

Do I need to be doing IVF to work with you?

No. You can be anywhere on your fertility journey; you can be doing IVF, IUI, or still trying naturally. My recommendation is that this is for women who have been trying for 6+ months with no luck.

 

What if I already have one child?

This course is perfect for both women who have no children, or women with one or more children.

 

What happens if I fall pregnant during our coaching together?

That would be AMAZING! We would then transition to learning about what to do/eat/exercise while pregnant. What's the best/healthiest route for you and your baby.

 

I've already spent SO much money on tests, procedures and other things. What makes your program different?

I get it. I totally do. Give me ONE chance to help you succeed the natural route before spending thousands and thousands on IVF which may or may not work. More often than not, unexplained infertility can be cured by changes in your diet and lifestyle. Let me help you and figure out a solution that works for you! Also consider the cost of NOT working with me. Mind-body programs have been shown to dramatically improve fertility and IVF success rates, as well as lower the rates of miscarriage.

 

I already see a doctor, why do I need to work with a Maternity Nutrition & Wellness Specialist?

Doctors are only a part of the process. They see many patients per day and their schedule doesn't allow for them to really get to know their patients, take all the time to answer their questions, or go in depth with nutrition and wellness side of pregnancy. With me as your coach, you have the ability to contact me when you need, you have an extra support system to help you through the ups and downs of pregnancy, and you can gain the confidence that you are doing all that you can to have a healthy pregnancy and healthy baby! 

 

How would a Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist benefit me?

Many women are unsure of their boundaries when it comes to exercising during pregnancy. I am here to help you figure out what workouts are still safe continue and where you should slow down. In addition, I can provide you with a customized workout plan during all three trimesters, as well as post pregnancy when you are ready to get back to your pre-pregnancy routine. Working out throughout your pregnancy has been shown to be very healthy and beneficial for both mom and baby, it helps you maintain a healthy weight gain, and lose the weight quicker after the birth.

 

I already eat healthy, do I still need a coach?

Im SO glad you eat healthy. That is great for you AND baby, keep it up! You will still receive a ton of great information regarding other questions you may have, learn about different exercise options, know what vitamins you need to consume more of during pregnancy, and have the accountability you need to have a healthy pregnancy and reach your goals postpartum. 

 

I'm so busy, I don't have time to read your eBooks!

I get it! The good news is that once you purchase the eBook, you will have access to them forever. You can read one page per day or catch up on the reading over the weekend, whatever works best for you! There's no specific time limit on when to finish the reading, so the material is yours to read at your leisure.

 

I'm in my 2nd or 3rd trimester, is it too late to read the eBooks?

Absolutely not! There is no better time than now to start eating healthier and focusing your energy on yourself and your baby. Your baby is still making remarkable changes weekly, and depends on you for his nourishment. Whether you're trying to conceive, or are in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd trimester, this eBooks will give you great information to help have a healthy mom and baby.
