The good news is you don't have to let these control your pregnancy. I am here to help navigate you through your pregnancy nutrition, fitness and wellness to help you have the best pregnancy experience you can.

By having a healthy pregnancy, you are creating a healthy environment and foundation on which your child will grow. Eating a whole, well balanced diet and exercising during pregnancy are two of the best things you can do for your baby.

I hear lots of questions regarding food and exercise during pregnancy--what to eat, how much, what vitamins to take, what foods to avoid, what exercises are safe to continue, and more. I will help alleviate the stress you feel around these topics so you can learn, implement, and ultimately have a complication free pregnancy.

Why do I need a coach?

I will help you navigate through all the conflicting nutrition information, and I will be your coach, your mentor and a shoulder to cry on during those mood swings. 

As your coach, I will motivate you and encourage you. Together, we will identify your goals and I will be with you every step of the way.
